Excellent service! John was amazing on the phone, Geraldo did a wonderful job on the quote and even gave us a discount when we decided to change up one of the tree removals AS THEY WERE CUTTING IT DOWN. I talked to Dominick and Mickey and they followed my exact direction. The whole crew worked hard, fast, and were amazingly fun and professional. It was raining the entire morning that they came out, but they stuck through it and took down 3 trees, and topped one. The largest was a 69' Siberian Elm that was dead. They free-climbed and had the whole tree removed in less than an hour. They even made it out the next day to take away all of the large stumps and grind them. I asked for one of the stumps to be ground to below grade level (putting in a patio so the digging out would help a lot) and they did it - no questions asked. I also asked for them to cut the trunks of one tree into small logs for seasoning and then wood burning. They gave me a 8 x 7 stack of logs. I don't think I need to worry about firewood...ever. I will always recommend John's Pro Tree Service to anyone needing tree removal. Professional, fast, and VERY competitively priced. The crew that came out were awesomely friendly as well and talked to me throughout the whole process while still being able to focus on the task at hand. Wonderful company, wonderful prices, and an even better crew.
